Adele Whittle, Solicitor and Head of Department
I am a qualified solicitor with over 10 years PQE and has been with the firm since 2003. I have recently been appointed as Director, responsible for all the firm’s contentious business, including Personal Injury, Financial Claims and Care Home Claims. In my spare time I enjoy running, spending time with my family and am particularly partial to a shopping spree!

Hayley Yates, Solicitor
After qualifying as a solicitor in January 2004, I joined Goldsmith Williams in May 2007. I was soon given the role of a team leader before being promoted to a managerial position where I working closely with members of the department throughout the litigation process. Outside of work I love travelling to less trodden places and I am no happier than when I am up in the hills battling the elements.

Alexandra Kelly, Litigation Executive
Having worked for Goldsmith Williams for 22 years I have dealt with various types of claims recovering thousands of pounds of compensation for clients. I have dealt with hundreds of claims against various local authorities claiming compensation for clients living in houses which were in a bad state of repair. In my own time, I enjoy travel and hope to retire to Spain one day.

Kelly Byrne, Trainee Solicitor
I have been working at Goldsmith Williams since 2010 after graduating in Law from Queen's University, Belfast in 2007 and completing my Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester in 2008. Outside of work, I like to keep fit and have a keen interest in reading, films and trying new foods!
