Home Information Pack (HIP) update

Due to the recent government legislation to suspend HIPs, upon the sale of your property a Home Information Pack (HIP) is no longer needed. However an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is still required to be provided to an estate agent prior to marketing the property.
