Implementation and Monitoring
In implementing its equality and diversity policy, Goldsmith Williams will comply with Rule 6 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and with current and future anti-discrimination legislation.
The policy will be monitored periodically by the practice to evaluate its effectiveness and make any changes as required. The policy will be updated to comply with changes in legislation and regulation.
Each new starter with the company will receive a copy of this policy.
