Using our online payment service you can make secure payments via credit/debit card.  All you need is your case refernce and your validation code, which can be found on your invoice.

Security Information

• How we protect your information - We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is an industry standard for internet payments. This means all of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption when your details are transmitted over the Internet.
• Check you are using a secure site - When your browser displays the online payment page, you will notice that the URL at the top of the browser window starts with https instead of http. You will also see a closed padlock icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. Put your mouse over the padlock for a little while and you should see the encryption strength. It should be at least SSL Secured 128 bit.
• If you share your PC or use a facility in a public place - Make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details and close the browser window and, if applicable, log off when you have finished.
