Conveyancing Fee Earner

Providing a one-stop conveyancing service to both direct and broker/introducer markets, you will set the highest standard in customer service. You can expect plenty of autonomy and challenge, as you control files from inception to completion, liaise constantly with interested parties, ensure adherence to agreed policies and timescales.

Alongside a recognised legal qualification (preferred), you will have sound knowledge of Residential conveyancing, in particular you should have experience of dealing with shared ownership, right to buy and new build properties, including management of your own caseload and use of case management systems will be second nature to you. You will be capable of handling a high volume workload and adapting to constantly changing requirements and deadlines. Naturally you will have excellent communication and PC/keyboard skills.
