We aim to recover compensation for all uninsured losses and personal injuries on your behalf, from the third party's insurer. We can also assist in completing all paperwork and even offer a personal home visit, if required.
If your bike is not rideable after a non-fault accident, we can deliver a hire bike to you within 24 hours of acceptance of a claim. We have access to over 700 hire bikes of all types, from 50cc to 1600cc. A hire bike can be delivered anywhere in the UK, at a time suitable to you.
We will ensure your bike is assessed as quickly as possible, to ensure repairs can be completed as soon as possible or if your bike is written off, an acceptable pre-accident value agreed. We keep in regular contact updating you on the progress of your claim and repairs, by telephone, text or email.
