Making it legal
Your clients may believe that they do not require independent legal advice. Regardless of which country they are purchasing in, this is not the case – they should always instruct a lawyer. As in the UK, lawyers will check the property has title, planning, legal registration, etc. It’s also important to bear in mind that a notary is not a lawyer and therefore cannot do the job of a lawyer.
