New Free Fee Plus Option from Goldsmith Williams

Lenders normally give their clients a choice - either take a free legal package or the client can choose their own solicitor and receive a cash back instead. 

The new Goldsmith Williams  Free Fee Plus Option allows Introducers to choose the cash back option on the understanding that they will instruct us to do the legal work and that we will use the cash back for payment of our legal fees.

Why?

There are a few reasons:

1) Introducers now have a choice on free fee deals

2) Introducers can use their favoured law firm and retain control of the sales process with the client, rather than deal with a law firm they don't know.

3) Goldsmith Williams act on the clients behalf, whereas other free fee deals mean the law firm acts on the lenders behalf, and not the clients.
