Before starting the equity release process it is important to speak to a specialist financial adviser to ensure you are aware of all your options.

If you decide that equity release is the best option for you, we aim to complete your case as quickly as possible.

However please note unregistered or leasehold cases or cases involving a transfer of equity or home reversion can take longer to complete and may incur extra charges.

All we will need for you to do is:

• Send a written instruction to us confirming the details of your chosen plan
• Complete our Client Authority Form and return it to us asap
• Sign the legal documentation.

Meanwhile we will be handling all the stressful and complicated bits including obtaining all the necessary searches, preparing the mortgage documents and request redemption statements from the current lender(s).
