The Financial Claims department is headed up by Partner Chris Williams. The team, which comprises of highly qualified and experienced solicitors and advisers, have already recovered over £32m in compensation for customers mis sold PPI by their lender when taking out a loan or credit card.

It is estimated lenders have collectively set aside up to £14bn so far to cover the cost of payment protection insurance policies which were mis sold to customers who didn’t want them, couldn’t use them or weren’t even aware they had them.
