First things first...

Before starting the equity release process it is important to speak to a specialist financial adviser to ensure you are aware of all your options.

If you decide that equity release is the best option for you, we aim to complete your case as quickly as possible.

However please note unregistered or leasehold cases or cases involving a transfer of equity or home reversion can take longer to complete and may incur extra charges.

All we will need for you to do is:

  • Send a written instruction to us confirming the details of your chosen plan
  • Complete our Client Authority Form and return it to us asap
  • Sign the legal documentation.

Meanwhile we will be handling all the stressful and complicated bits including obtaining all the necessary searches, preparing the mortgage documents and request redemption statements from the current lender(s).

Our experienced lawyers and legal advisers will carefully guide you through the whole process as you go but if you would like a more detailed breakdown of the equity release process to help you make a decision, it is available in our equity release customer brochure.

Client Feedback

My only reason for not recommending you to other people is that everyone I know would prefer to use local solicitors. However if I do come across anyone letting me know that they are interested in Equity release (where the situation of the company doesn't really matter) I would be most happy to recommend your excellent services, and may I say how happy I've been with you throughout the process.
